'Swish' have been manufacturing PVC products since 1976 and were one of the first companies in the world to successfully pioneer the technology. They regularly check their installers’ work to make sure their high standards are maintained.
We also use products by ‘Homeline’ who are another leading manufacturer of maintenance free PVC fascias and roofline products.

Why PVC and not wood
PVC boards are light, strong and won’t warp, flake, crack or peel, making them ideal replacements for traditional soft timber fascia boards. Once the outer layer of a wooden fascia board is breached it is a matter of when, rather than if, it will need replacing. PVC won't rot, will never need painting and doesn't discolour. Our PVC roofline products will last for up to 40 years with only an occasional clean with warm soapy water.
Protecting your home
AM Windows and Doors’ uses over-fascia ventilation instead of the standard circular disc vents or ventilated soffits that blacken with dust or dirt over time. Circulating air in your roof reduces the build up of condensation which causes damp, mould and rotten timbers.
We also use Eaves Protection System (EPS) on all tiled roofs to direct any rainwater into the gutter and prevent roofing felt from rotting. Choose between discreet over-fascia ventilation or soffit air vents to protect your UPVC roofline and roof from moisture retention.
